New clients are required to pay when booking their appointment,
Existing clients can pay at the appointment or when they book,
Pay with Cash (preferred), debit/credit card or Apple/Android pay,
I process card payments with Stripe (online) and Square (in the clinic),
You can purchase packages from me in the clinic.
Book your Massage
Select a date for your appointment by clicking a date square in the calendar.
Select your time slot by clicking on your chosen time.
If times aren’t displayed, then no appointments are available for that date.
GREY squares indicate that no appointments are available.
WHITE squares indicate that appointments are available.
The BLUE square shows the selected date, and the displayed times are for that date.
After Booking Your Massage
Once you’ve booked, Check your confirmation email to verify all your appointment details are correct.
If this is your first appointment, I will send you another email with details on filling out a New Client Intake form.
Please complete your intake form no later than the morning of your appointment so I’m able to review it before you arrive.
Massage Cancelations
If you don’t show up for your appointment, cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, I will have to charge the full price for the session,
If you cancel outwith 24 hours of your appointment start time, your payment can either be carried forward to a future appointment or refunded which will incur a 5% admin fee to cover transaction costs.
