24 hrs notice is required to cancel your Massage

If there is more than 24 hours until your appointment start time, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself online.

If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time you will need to contact me directly.

Cancellation Fees

  • Don’t show for your appointment, you will be charged the full price for the session,
  • Cancel within 24 hours of the start time you will be charged the full price for the session,
  • Cancel outwith 24 hours of the start time, your payment will be carried forward to a future appointment,
  • Cancel outwith 24 hours of the start time but request a refund, you will be charged a 5% admin fee to cover Stripe transaction costs.

Please note refunds are not processed automatically, if a refund is required instead of a credit please contact me to request one.

Fee Processing

  • If you paid online when booking, that payment will be used to fund the cancellation fee,
  • If you have a payment card saved on to your account from a previous appointment, the cancellation fee will be taken from that card,
  • If you don’t have a saved payment method an invoice for the cancellation fee will be emailed to you.

Payment will be due within 7 days and no further appointments can be booked until the invoice is paid.

Penalty Waiver

In extreme circumstances and at my discretion, I may decide not to charge a late cancellation fee.
