We’ve got about 45 miles of nerves running around our bodies, these nerves can often become squashed or stuck as they flow around joints, bones and organs, burrowing their way through our muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons.. As you can imaging, that can make these nerves feel extremely irritable.

Nerve Flossing is an easy technique used to help your nerves have more freedom within the soft tissues they navigate. As each nerve runs a pretty similar route through everyone there are specific movements and techniques that work for each nerve in everyone.

Here are some videos from Brian Abelson at Kinetic Health which run through nerve flossing in detail and guide you through the movements for each nerve of the spine, pelvis and lower limbs.
